Chad and I were a little bored and got the idea to go ice blocking. Ice blocking is where you sit on a big block of ice and slide down a big hill while sitting on top of the block of ice. Luckily my sister Jeana finds our ideas to be exciting, and even more lucky she has a hill right next to her house where the kids go sledding in the winter, so at 11pm we went to Smith's bought 6 blocks of ice and went ice blocking!! Chad was the champion and managed to stay on his block of ice the longest, he even made a little trail, that we all tried out but still couldnt beat him! He also had the bright idea to go down on his stomach head first, I wasnt coordinated enough to do that though. It defintiely cured our boredom!! Now we just have to take care of the grass stains, and few scratches and bruises from where we fell off the block of ice and went rolling and flipping down the hill.....
just an idea for those of you who get bored one night, I promise you'll have a blast!

Oh my gosh! I love ice blocking! We used to go to Sugarhouse Park all the time for Young Men/ Young Women activities! James & I haven't been together yet, but we definitely will! I'm glad you guys had so much fun!
That was like sooooo fun, like oh my gosh!!! I can't believe we went pantless with no towel like!
shhhh! that was supposed to be a secret....we will have to try going like a lot more like this whole like summer!
Kitty...we have never gone at Sugarhouse...that would be soooo much fun going down that HUGE hill, I bet you get going pretty dang fast down that hill!
Yeah, you get going pretty dang fast. But I think they have banned ice blocking there because it ruined the grass. But if they underestimate your sneekiness, you're as good as gold. :)
lol that is so funny me and my family say that all the time "You must underestimate my sneakiness" I think I might just have to try it out!!
